It's the best 3-star experience I ever had. Staff were approachable, wi-fi was free, and I liked its handy location just off Shin Osaka station. They offered lots of options for buffet breakfast. Nice reception.

I had a good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was strategic next to Shinosaka train station, restaurants, convenience store. The variety of choices for buffet breakfast was good. I loved to be in this place.

It was clean and the staff were pleasant, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Compact, and non-smoking rooms. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I enjoyed the food. This was a small hotel with a central location close to Shin-Osaka train station. I was surprised at nearby Komeda Coffee Shinosaka, they had some goodies, drinks.

The location was easy and beds were cozy. I loved breakfast with variety of fruit, breads and eggs. I asked for a double room and the one I was given was nicely furnished and light. Clean and outstanding hotel in Shin Osaka district.

Savoury breakfast, lovely beds. Silent room, nonetheless the views were awful. Brilliant location, within walking distance of Sainoki Shrine. I visited an attached restaurant and loved the homemade meals they offer.
The bathroom I had was very dated.

Simple location, unobtrusive personnel and efficient breakfast. It is based away from hustle and bustle. Shin-Osaka metro station is within 5 minutes walk.

Extremely convenient location, cheery staff, fashionable room. Booked a room with VERY BEAUTIFUL views. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. You could walk to a convenience shop and chemist's. Efficient check-in, simple check-out.
